and options.
Designed for the luxury family market, San Michele is
a neighborhood that feels more like a private club, noted
Bill Dougherty, director of sales for the community.
“With San Michele’s impressive Venetian Club,
residents will enjoy a beautiful community club with state-of-the-art
cardiovascular and strength training equipment, a social
room, swimming center with lush landscaping and two lighted
Har-Tru tennis courts,” noted Dougherty. “What
they won’t experience are the burdensome costs found
at surrounding country clubs for services many families
don’t even need or want.”
In addition, San Michele boasts a tot lot for young children
and a walkway within the perimeter of the neighborhood,
providing a safe byway for tricycles, red wagons, remote-controlled
cars and trucks as well as additional exercising opportunities
for joggers, roller bladers and power walkers.
“The developers included leisure lifestyle features
which would be appealing to families in all stages, such
as the fitness center, swimming pool and lighted tennis
courts. Parents and children of all ages rank these features
as very enjoyable to all members of the family. Missing
are card rooms, dining rooms and ballrooms, typically
not used by many families,” Dougherty added. “Without
expensive country club fees, families can be free to put
those funds into larger homes, private schools and dream
vacations.”
Situated between nature preserves and lakes, homes at
San Michele feature four-, five- and six-bedroom homes
with one- and two-story designs, priced from the $600,000s
to well over $2 million.
The community’s entry is manned 24-hours a day.
Within minutes of San Michele are private and public schools,
The Gardens Mall, restaurants and beaches.
To visit, take I-95 to PGA Boulevard, exit west 1 mile
to Central Boulevard, turn right. San Michele is 2 miles
ahead on the left at the northwest corner of Central Boulevard
and Hood Road.
The sales center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Six professionally designed models are open daily for
viewing. For more information, please call (561) 691-9100
